  : Not honest, cheat customer. I tried to contact the owner a whole day for ask where I can pick up door key, but no reply. When I arrived the property, I found someone who lived inside already. I tried to contact the owner again, but still no answer. I found the property cleaner, she is very kindly, she tried to help me contact the property owner. Weird thing is the cleaner was very easy to contact the owner. She gave me the owner personal phone number let me call him. I tried to call five times, no answer, until I was waiting about 45 mins, I got a message which is like a notice, someone lived inside already, please find other living places. I am so angry, why doesn’t notice me earlier, (i booked for nothing). It is very bad experience. Temporary to find a place in Queenstown, is hard and expensive.

  : The location was perfect - we were central to city and airport. Both a 6-9 min drive to the airport and the city!!The host was very friendly and was really accomodating towards our check in and check out time as well as allowing our pet on the property.Beautiful home, beautiful view!

  : The apartment is cozy and convenient with a great view. It’s clearly a fairly new unit, in amongst other recent developments, and very clean with good quality appliances and finishes. Perfect for two couples or less.
  : Hard to find many faults. The unit is down two flights of exterior metal stairs which can get slippery with frost, and could be an issue for those with mobility issues. The unit is also below another space and there is occasional noise from overhead.
