In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property. It is not possible to stay at this property for Coronavirus (COVID-19) quarantine purposes. All guests must sign the property's Terms of Stay. Applicable to all bookings starting from 3rd January 2022: In order to successfully check-in to Adventure Queenstown Hostel, all guests associated with this booking are required to provide evidence that they have received two or more doses of a NZ Government approved Covid-19 vaccine. Any guests not able to provide this evidence will not be checked in and will be charged any applicable cancellation charges as outlined below, any subsequent nights will also be cancelled. Covid Policy Positive Tests As per New Zealand Government stipulations, in the event of a guest testing positive to Covid-19, you will need to self-isolate for 7 days at your own expense. You will be required to proactively find other suitable accommodation and be financially prepared to cover this cost. Our hostel is not equipped to offer self-isolation due to the shared living nature of hostel life. As per our refund policy, there are no refunds for Covid-19 reasons (with the exception of the government closing the border, which is unlikely).
