  : the parking and of course the fact no one communicated with me about the book the water notice until the day I checked in, no extra water was provided (paying $600 a night think they would have) pretty disappointed and that left a sour taste in my mouth for the whole trip!

  : The location was good, and the housekeeping staff did a good job with what they have to work with.
  : The reception staff are inexperienced and lack professionalism. On our second day, we left the room for the entire day, returned around 5.30pm and our room hadnt been serviced. Called reception and the lady said housekeeping is on request and she was sorry that she forgot to tell us rooms get serviced only on request. Id expect a refund of some sort for their mistake, given the price of this supposed luxury accommodation. The only thing they could provide to make up for this was towels delivered to the room, with not even an apology. Muddy footprints on the carpet from previous guests which we put up with for two days due to this as well. Mould in the shower and bathroom, balcony area was dirty. The room has no ventilation system - you can open the doors to a balcony but then you hear the constant whirring and knocking of electrical equipment. The room was dark with no natural light.
