: Lake view room has very good view and a balcony!Access to Lake. Free shuttle service to CBD and fro -Frankton very handy.
: Before I arrived they already charged me on my credit card.The resort was under-renovation during our stay so there was some inconvience too.

: I recently stayed at Oaks Queenstown Shores Resort as two families, each with two adults and two children, totaling eight people and two cars. Our experience was highly disappointing. The hotel’s policy of providing only one reserved parking spot per reservation, regardless of the number of rooms booked (we booked two separate rooms), was not clearly communicated during my booking in May. This policy caused significant inconvenience as we were informed just a week before our arrival during SKI holiday season, leaving us little time to make alternative arrangements. Additionally, the hotel’s construction severely impacted access, requiring traffic lights to manage the situation.The alternative parking suggested by the hotel was unsafe and impractical, especially for unfamiliar tourists. We had to navigate busy streets without traffic lights or crosswalks, and the parking area was dark and poorly marked. Pedestrians had to walk a long way along the edge of a downhill roadway to reach the hotel reception.Everything was deflected to hotel policy with no empowered staff to address issues, leaving us waiting for the duty manager's response, which came three days after our departure.
