Lakefront Luxury at 911 The Beacon Studio

  : Complimentary guest laundry facilities. The studio was spacious.
  : Confusion with room details - the Studio room number was wrong which meant the code didn't work. A couple of calls sorted things eventually. There were no spoons, tea or coffee provided despite there being tea cups and saucers. There were no cleaning supplies to wash cups / wine glasses between uses. If the rooms aren't serviced daily we expected the basics would be provided for guests to maintain a level of cleanliness for the utensils they use during their stay. There were lumps in the bed topping which made it slightly uncomfortable when sleeping. Despite being closed, the walls and windows didn't block out loud noises from trucks and other vehicles late at night amd woke one / both of us up on two of the nights we stayed. The small balcony also looks directly into the kitchen amd living space for the next door apartment. The lack of privacy made enjoying the balcony awkward.
