Policies

When booking more than 4 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.

WiFi is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge.

Free private parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed).

Pets are not allowed.

Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 2 years old stay for free when using an available cot.
Children up to and including 13 years old stay for free when using an existing bed.
No extra beds are available.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.

Please inform Heritage Queenstown in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
A damage deposit of NZD 50 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
For rates that include breakfast, please note that different policies and additional supplements may apply for extra guests.

Please note that there is a 1.5% charge when you pay with a credit card.

Please note that Heritage Queenstown requires a full accommodation plus a NZD $50 credit card pre-authorisation or cash deposit upon check in to cover any incidental charges.

Please note that children under 14 years of age stay free of charge when using existing beds.
