  : the view, the space, the proximty to things. The house was really clean and plenty of room for bags. Also was really great to get in and around queenstown from where this is
  : parking was a little difficult. Not an assigned space or garage. Had to reverse in some days past the other cars on the little street in order to park near our door

  : House was extremely loud when walking through the top floor and when you have multiple couples or children staying in the one house, this is extremely inconvenient. Amenities were limited, no coffee or liquid body wash provided. This was disappointing considering how expensive the house was, we stayed all over NZ and paid much less for properties that offered much more. Windows didn't have fly screens so midges and mosquitoes were let in the house when trying to let fresh air in, house very stuffy. We stayed over the new year prior so the house was very hot with limited ventilation and no fans! No air con upstairs in the sleeping loft either, very uncomfortable. Our payment was mismanaged and chased up over a month after our stay. Very negative experience.

  : There didn't seem to be enough hot water for 6 people to wash up each day. However, as long as showers were spread out, it was fine.

  : The views were absolutely stunning!! Loved the glass enclosed conservatory as this extended your view of the lake.
  : The driveway is a bit difficult to get in and out of especially when all the other parking bays are full.

  : The view is absolutely spectacular! The house has been recently renovated and is beautiful inside. The underfloor heating in bathrooms was so lovely and the kitchen was well provided for.
  : The main living area has only one split system heating unit that is not sufficient for the space. Wearing slippers is must as floor is freezing! We needed to buy small heater from Kmart which helped. Also the lounge suite is super uncomfortable which made it hard to sit relax and enjoy the space when you were at home.
